Fees include membership, social and fraternal
activities in addition to housing at Tau House. Tau House is for Alpha
Epsilon Phi (Tau Chapter) Fraternity members only. Members must be students
who are enrolled in the University of California at Berkeley or University
of California Extension Programs. Alpha Epsilon Phi (Tau Chapter) is a
California non-profit corporation, which was founded in 1923. Tau House provides 18 meals a week, furnished rooms, daily maid service in the common areas, use of recreation, computer and study rooms, laundry facilities and decks with views of Berkeley and San Francisco. Tau House is a security building located within walking distance of the University of California, the Freshman Extension campus, and downtown Berkeley. |

* Triple rooms are larger than double rooms so that student living space is the same whether a student is housed in either a triple or double room.
